Description
This invention relates to a welding technique and can be used in various industries in conducting electric arc spot welding.
A known torch for manual welding with a non-consumable electrode, comprising a housing, a replaceable collet for securing the electrode, a gas supply tube and a nozzle.
Недостатком этой горелки вл етс снижение качества сварки из-за невозможности обеспечени стабильности рассто ни между электродом и свариваемым изделием .The disadvantage of this torch is a reduction in the quality of welding due to the impossibility of ensuring the stability of the distance between the electrode and the product being welded.
Also known is a torch for arc-spot welding in shielding gas, containing a supporting nozzle and an internal nozzle installed through an insulating gasket, the working end of which is located above the end of the supporting nozzle in the direction of flow of the protective gas, as well as a current-carrying salpa .
However, the known torch eliminates the possibility of visual observation of the welding process, which affects the quality of welded joints. In addition, the known head allows welding of parts of a limited range.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of welding and expand the range of welded parts.
2.Figure 1 shows a head for an electric arc point searka; general view; figure 2 is a view of And figure 1; on fig.Z - node I in figure 2.
11.The head for electric spot welding includes a housing 1 on which a support nozzle 3 is fastened with a thread and a lock nut 2, on the working end of which the strips 4 are diametrically opposed with prismatic recesses 5 at the free ends. The strips 5 are made at an angle to the axis of the burner. The electrode holder 6 is placed inside the housing 1, its end is made in the video drive 7, in which the electrode 8 is fixed. Radial holes 9 are made above the electrode 8 in the walls of the tube 7. The tube 7 is connected to the pipeline 10 for supplying protective gas. The electrode holder 6 is connected to the current lead 11.

The burner works as follows.
In order to install the electrode 8 into the electrode holder 6, the lock nut 2 is loosened and the support nozzle 3 is rolled up from the housing 1. The electrode 8 is inserted into the tube 7, the support nozzle 3 is screwed onto the body 1 and pressed by the lock nut 2. The torch is mounted on the welded part so that prismatic grooves 5 strips 4 are located on it on both sides of the welded joint. The shielding gas is turned on, which is supplied to the welding zone through conduit 10 through the openings 9 of the tube 7. The welding current is switched on and welding is performed.
0The proposed burner is convenient in operation, provides a visual observation of the welding zone, allows significantly more
