Изобретение относитс к спорту и предназначено дл совершенствовани техники акробатических прыжковых элементов .The invention relates to sport and is intended to improve the technique of acrobatic jump elements.
Closest to the proposed is a path containing platforms, staggered on the base with a partial overlap of one another.
However, this device cannot purposefully influence the complication of conditions for successive repulsion by bitches and legs during the performance of both a separate jump, and their joints or combinations due to the linear variation of the working surface of the track, which reduces the performance of acrobatic exercises. jumps.
The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the workout by complicating the conditions for performing the exercises.
The drawing shows a track for training athletes.
The track contains a base 1, stepped sections of 2 platforms consisting of a wooden shield 3 and telescopic racks 4 installed under the shield 3 in support cups 5 rigidly connected to the base 1, pneumatic cylinders b, the end of the rod rigidly connected to the center of the shield 3, and a cylinder with a base 1, and a control panel 7 connected with hoses 8 to a pneumatic cylinder 6 and a source 9 of compressed air. On top of each shield 3 there is a mat 10 - an elastic element made of pressed foam rubber.
The console 7 has taps 11, with which the corresponding stage-section 2 is raised or lowered. One pneumatic cylinder b is placed directly on the base 1, and the others are placed on supports 12 of different height. Stage 2 is installed with a partial overlap of the surface of one step to another.
The track is used as follows.
При этом последн по ходу перемещени спортсмена ступень 2 должна быть большей прот женности по сравнению с другими в цел х создани зоны безопасности при завершении упражнени .The number of feet-sections 2 required for training is set sequentially one after another with overlapping the surface of one step with another and giving each of them certain tasks of a height training, which is set by turning the crane 11 on the remote control 7. At the same time, during the movement of the athlete, step 2 be more extended than others in order to create a security zone at the conclusion of the exercise.
Exercises can be performed at a running start, and in one and in another case the first jumping element is performed by pushing with hands or feet from the mat 10 of pressed foam rubber combined with the first section 2. At the same time, the athlete should push with his hands, land on the front elevating stage 2 subject to certain requirements
0 technique and style of doing the exercise (or its phase). The fulfillment of certain requirements and the style of exercise will require the athlete to make additional reserve efforts, since the exercise is performed in complicated relative to standard conditions. In a jump from one foot to the other, which is one of the phases of the integral acrobatic element, all of the above is repeated as in the case of the combination of the combination or the finished combination of jumps. The possibility of changing with the help of cranes 11, which supply compressed air to the pneumatic cylinders 6, the heights of each of the steps 2, allows to improve the technique of each phase of an individual jump, the whole jump technique or a combination from 5 times. Landing height dosing provides control of the improvement process.
