Abstract
Использование в металлообработке, в частности при обработке контровочных отверстий в многогранниках различных типоразмеров . Зажимные губки кондуктора снабжены сменными вставками 1, на выступах 2 корпуса 3 которых установлены кондукторные втулки 4 и державка 5 с фиксирующим элементом и сферической полостью . Последний выполнен в виде двух сферических сегментов, основани которых образуют грани призматического паза 7, соединенных между собой с возможностью взаимного поворота в плоскости, перпендикул рной их основани м,и установленных в полости державки 5 с возможностью ограниченного поворота относительно центра полости державки. Деталь устанавливают между вставками 1, которым придают встречные перемещени . Основани сферических сегментов, образующих фиксирующий элемент, при взаимодействии с гран ми многогранника разворачиваютс относительно друг друга до полного сопр жени каждого из оснований сегмента с гранью многогранника.
