Description
Изобретение относитс к теплоэнергетике и может быть использовано в водоподготовительных установках дл подпитки систем теплоснабжени .The invention relates to a power system and can be used in water treatment plants to feed heating systems.
There are known methods for the preparation of the make-up water of the heating system, by which the make-up water is deaerated in a vacuum deaerator, added to an electron-ion exchange filter and fed to the heating system. Electron-ion exchange filters are periodically (once or twice a year) turned off for regeneration. After regeneration, elecron ion-exchange filters, as well as other ion-exchange filters, are washed with purified water from mechanical and organic impurities, for example, transparent coagulated or artesian water. The same water is used to periodically loosen the filters and prepare regeneration solutions.
Этот недостаток обусловлен применением дл .The disadvantages of such methods are reduced efficiency and quality of regeneration of electron-ion exchange filters. This disadvantage is due to the use of DL.
Подпиточную воду деаэрируют в вакуумном дэаэраторе, дообескислороживают в элект- роноионообменном фильтре и подают в теплосеть .washing the electron-ion exchange filters, as well as preparing regeneration solutions and loosening water filters with a high content of dissolved oxygen (coagulated or artesian water, for example, contains 8–12 mg / kg dissolved oxygen), which leads to a noticeable decrease in the reduction capacity of the electron-ion exchanger and the corresponding decrease in profitability. The reduced temperature of the water used for the regeneration solutions and the washing of the filters leads to an increase in the duration of the regeneration due to the slowing down of the reactions and a decrease in the intensity of the washing. Make-up water is deaerated in a vacuum deaerator, deoxygenated in an electron-ion exchange filter and fed to the heating network.
The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency and quality of filter regeneration.

15,After water treatment, the source water is deaerated in deaerator 3, deacidified in filter 7 and fed to the heating network. In this mode, the valves open 13,15 and close the valves 14,16-21. After running the filter 7, it is taken out for regeneration, for which purpose the valve 14 is opened and the valves 13 and 15 are closed. The feed of the heating network during the regeneration of the filter 7 is deaerated water supplied through pipeline 12 to prepare the regeneration solutions in the tank 8 together network water is supplied with reagents, for which the valve 20 is opened. After preparing the regeneration solution, the valve 20 is closed. During the regeneration, the valves 21,17,18 are opened and the pump 10 is turned on. The spent regeneration solution is discharged into the drainage through the gate 18. After regeneration, the pump 10 is turned off and the filter is washed with water supplied through the valves 21 and 17 and after the filter is discharged into the drainage through gate valve 18. At the end of washing, valves 21,17 and 18 close and restore the original filter operation scheme, for which they close valve 14 and open 13 and 15. Periodic loosening of the filter working substance is carried out with mains water, for which ltr disable operation of valves 13 and 15,
15.valves 14, 16 and 19 are opened. After loosening, the circuit is restored, for which purpose valves 14, 16, 19 are closed and 13 and 15 are opened.
е. снизить врем подпитки теплосети водой , не прошедшей дообескислороживание .The positive effect from the use of the invention is to improve the efficiency and quality of regeneration, washing and loosening of the after-absorption filters. The use of low oxygen content water for these operations prevents the loss of the reduction capacity of the secondary filter during their operation and thereby prolongs the filtration cycle. The elevated temperature of the supply water makes it possible to intensify the regeneration reactions and the washing of the filter, and thereby reduce their duration, i.e. to reduce the time of feeding the heating network with water that has not undergone additional oxygen-freezing.
