Вследствие этого такие материалы при воздействии на них высокой температуры имеют способность самоокрашиватьс .Concretes, solutions, silicate products made from various inorganic BeHJ, ecTB with the addition of aggregates (sand, crushed stone, gravel, expanded clay) contain dyes. As a result, such materials, when exposed to high temperatures, have the ability to self-paint.
Concrete (including mortars) made on Portland cement, ordinary quartz-silica sand and granite chirping (gravel), under a certain thermal regime, take on a green color with a patch of white, black, blue and other intermediate color oTTeiiKOB. The silicate solutions, where the composition / s are lime and quartz sand, are self-painted white, but often with bluish, yellowish and other shades. Silicate Kirish is also painted in similar colors. Lime and lime plaster may also self-paint in specified colors. Mortars and concretes prepared on a limestone-and-slag mortar in, for example, the composition: ground Cherepovets blast furnace slag 82%, lime 5o / o, gypsum 3%, with an added quartz sand, self-abrasive. in sand ferrous oxides). Cellular concretes (gas and foam concrete) made on portland cement and ordinary quartz field in the patched sand (where all dyes, mainly iron oxides, are uniformly mixed) are painted mostly blue, and the nature of the decorative layer due to the presence of numerous the hole is obtained not only in color, but also in relief. Relief painted surface can also be formed on dense concrete. On the surface of the nzdeli, you can make inlays and display any pattern with a gas flame. To melt the surface layer of the product, mainly multi-flame burners used for quenching and welding metals are used. The basis of the gas flame mode is: the highest temperature (/ 1800–3000 ° C) and the higher power of the flame, the minimum pressure of the gas stream (pressure on the pressure gauge on the acetylene cylinder 0.05-0.1, on the oxygen 2-4 kg / slg). The flame composition of the gas mixture should be normal (neutral). However, with special requirements, the gas mixture may be oxidizing or carburizing. The first gas requirement is to melt a thin layer of superficial material in a short time and exclude a strong warm-up from the depth. Under these conditions, the melted film, being solidified, is strongly bonded to the bulk of the material. The second requirement is the low pressure of CipyH gas eliminating the melting of the melt from the surface of the product and the formation of gas bubbles. The third requirement makes it possible to obtain all of the specified color range with a neutral nlameni with the exception of black and yellow shades. Black color can be obtained on all materials as a result of the combustion of fuel (carburizing sludge), yellow - with the oxidizing composition of the flame. Hydrogen, propanebutap, city gas, kerosene and beizin can also be used as fuel. The neutral flame composition is obtained at a ratio of the volume of oxygen. volume of ethylene oxidative composition - at a ratio of the volume of oxygen, the volume of acetylene The carburizing composition of the flame at a ratio of specified volumes is close to unity. Thus, the described method makes it possible to exclude painting of building products and costly lining them with special decorative materials. The subject matter of the invention 1. A method for decorative processing of building products by melting the surface layer in a gas flame, characterized in that, in order to obtain colored surfaces and increase their decorative properties, the processing is produced by an oxygen-acetylene flame at a temperature of 1800-3000 ° C and pressure acetylene 0.05-0.1 kg / cm, oxygen 2-4 kg / cm. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to obtain white, blue and green colors depending on the composition of the material of the product, the treatment is performed with a neutral flame at a ratio of oxygen volume to acetylene. 3. Method according to n. 1, characterized in that, in order to obtain a yellow color, the treatment is carried out with an oxidizing flame with an oxygen volume ratio of r1.0; volume of acetylene 4. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that, with a black color, the treatment is induced by a carburizing flame with a volume of oxygen. 1. volume of acetylene 5. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that hydrogen, nronanbutane, good gas, kerosene and gasoline are used as brazen gas.
