Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к ортопедической стоматологии, и может быть использовано дл стимул ции перемещени аномалийно расположенных и прорезывани ретинированных зубов в процессе ортодонтического лечени .The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used to stimulate the movement of abnormally located and eruption of impacted teeth in the process of orthodontic treatment.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of treatment due to the stimulation of bone remodeling.
The drawing shows a device with the image of the direction of movement of the tooth, a general view.
4.The device contains a tooth-plate plate 1, holes in it for teeth 2, electrodes 3 and 4.
The device is used by applying a suber-sessile plate with electrodes from dissimilar metals alloys to the alveolar process of the jaw, which is made as follows.
On the gypsum model of the jaw, a chemical pencil outlines the zone of thrust and pressure, as well as the boundary of the manufactured tooth-sublebral plate 1, which is necessary for fixing and applying the electrodes to the corresponding zones of the alveolar process. The boundaries of the indicated plate pass along the transition fold, bypassing the frenulum and ti, encompassing the alveolar tubercles behind. In the region of the hard palate, the boundary passes between its front and middle third. From plates with a thickness of 0.2-0.25 mm of the corresponding alloys: silver-palladium in the composition of 75% silver and 25% palladium and copper-aluminum in the composition of 9 parts of copper and 1 part of aluminum cut quadrilateral electrodes 3 and 4. The last bend so that they fit snugly against another on the model, the zone of thrust or pressure. The sharp corners of the electrodes are folded upwards by more than 90 °, which subsequently ensures their fixation to the plastic plate.
The fabricated electrodes are temporarily deposited and along the delineated boundaries on a model of wax, the tooth – sublestral plate is modeled so that it enters the interdental spaces and captures the core part of the tooth by the thickness of the wax plate. Next, the wax plate model is plastered into a cuvette to replace the wax with plastic. According to the generally accepted methodology, the wax is evaporated.
6On the outlined zones of gi and pressure of the moved tooth with BF-2 or BF-6 glue
После полимеризации пластмассы пластинку вынимают из кюветы, обрабатывают по общеприн той методике, при необходимости поверхность электродов, прилегающую к альвеол рномуthey glue the previously made electrodes so that their angled corners are on the outside. Plastic is mixed with elalent or PM-01, it is packed and polymerized according to the instructions. After polymerization of the plastic, the plate is removed from the cuvette, treated according to the standard technique, if necessary, the surface of the electrodes adjacent to the alveolar

When using the device, in order to stimulate the movement of an abnormally positioned tooth, the electrodes impose
To the zones of thrust and pressure of the moving tooth, and if the tooth-to-sessor plate is made to stimulate the eruption of the impacted tooth, the electrodes should be positioned as follows: the anode in the projection region of the coronal part of the tooth, the cathode in the projection zone of the root apex from the palatal or sonar side.
The positive effect from the use of the proposed device due to
Устройство вл етс более доступным; простым и удобным в эксплуатации , так как при его использовании нет необходимости в подключении устройства к внешнему источнику электроэнергии, а потому не требует регул рного посещени больным специального кабинета дл проведени этих процедур,Вытекающа из этогоthe effect of the parameters of electric current that are optimal for stimulating the adjustment of bone tissue. The device is more accessible; simple and convenient to use, as when using it there is no need to connect the device to an external source of electricity, and therefore does not require a regular visit by the patient to a special room for these procedures.
экономи времени больного и медперсонала также вл етс одним из положительных сторон устройства. saving the time of the patient and the medical staff is also one of the positive aspects of the device.
