Abstract
The invention relates to lubricating oils, in particular metal-cladding additives thereto, to increase the service life of machines and mechanisms. The goal is to increase anti-friction properties. For this, the additive contains, wt%: copper oleate 25-60; magnesium oleate 31 - 67; yttrium oleate 5-41 and oleic acid to 100. In this case, a reduction of the steel-steel friction coefficient by almost 2 times and an increase in the service life of the friction pairs. 2 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к составам присадок , вводимым в смазочные материалы дл увеличени срока службы машин и механизмов .This invention relates to additive formulations introduced into lubricants to increase the service life of machinery.
Известно использование в качестве плакирующих присадок порошков меди, бронзы, олова и свинца к смазочным материалам .The use of copper, bronze, tin, and lead powders for lubricants is known to be used as a cladding additive.
The disadvantage of these additives is that the servovit and film quickly breaks off the rubbing surfaces.
100%.The metal-plating lubricant additive is known, consisting of 25-60% by weight of cuprous oleate and oleic acid up to 100%.
Этими факторами определ етс и устойчивость пленки при различных режимах нагру- жени работающей пары .A disadvantage of the known additive is a high coefficient of friction. The main reason for the significant values of the friction coefficient is the low stability of the servo film obtained from the listed components. The stability of the film formed on the surface depends on the composition of the dopant and the properties of the lubricant. These factors also determine the stability of the film under different loading conditions of the operating pair.
The purpose of the invention is to increase antifriction additives.
что металлоплакирующа присадка, содержаща с олеат одновалентной меди и олеиновую кис- лоту, дополнительно содержит олеат магни и олеат иттри при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The goal is achieved by those. that the metal-plating additive containing monovalent copper oleate and oleic acid additionally contains magnesium oleate and yttrium oleate in the following ratio, wt.%:
31-67Monovalent copper oleate 25-60 magnesium oleate 31-67
5-41Ylett Oleate 5-41
100Oleic acid up to 100
The metal plating additive is prepared as follows.
Оксиды элементов (медь, магний, иттрий ) тщательно перемешивают в таких порци х , чтобы получить содержание олеатов металлов в присадке, мас.%:The oxides of the elements (copper, magnesium, yttrium) are thoroughly mixed in such portions in order to obtain the content of metal oleates in the additive, wt.%:
31-67Magnesium Oleate 31-67
5-41Ylett Oleate 5-41

Все присадки введены в масло в концентрации 2 мас.%.developing a homogeneous liquid, it is added to the mineral oil. Table 1 shows the composition of the additives, Table 2 shows the results of testing the additives in various modes. All additives are introduced into the oil at a concentration of 2 wt.%.
д.).The use of the proposed additive lowers the coefficient of friction by at least 50% in a steel-steel friction pair, which significantly increases the service life of the working pairs. Additive can be used in various mechanisms and machines (cars, rail transport, river and sea vessels, tractors, etc.).
