Description
Datches are also known to determine the pressure under the laminar prosthesis, containing: General wire resistance and a membrane.
Такое устройство датчика позвол ет определ ть величину нагрузки на исследуемый участок протезного пол во врем жевани .The proposed sensor differs from the known ones in that its sensing element is made in the form of a steel plate mounted on a sealing ring in the cavity of the basis of the prosthesis, and the pressure is transmitted by the pusher directly to the solicasiuid with mucous membrane. Such a device allows the sensor to determine the magnitude of the load on the test area of the prosthetic floor during chewing.
The drawing shows a diagram of the proposed sensor.
При этом изол ци хорощо передает рельеф слизистой оболочки .The sensor is installed in the cavity of the base 1 plate prosthesis. The sensor contains a wire resistance 2, glued to a steel plate 3. The center of the plate is in contact with the spherical head of the pusher 4, and the ends - with the sealing ring 5. On the sealing ring is placed a membrane 6, which separates the cavity with the sensor. The membrane is reinforced with stylacryl 7, ensuring the integrity of this cavity. From the side of the base / facing the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed, the cavity with the sensor is delimited from the environment of the oral cavity with the help of insulation (rubber) 8, which is flush with the base. At the same time, isolating choroscho isolates the relief of the mucous membrane.
When using the sensor, the load falling during chewing on the pusher 4 deforms the plate 3 and, together with it, the wire resistance 2. As a result of the deformation, the resistance 2 changes its value and these changes are transmitted to the registering device 9.
