На подвижной тележке 1 смонтирован привод 2, механическа передача 3 выполнена в виде пары конических колес. На корпусе тележки в подшипниках 4 вертикально установлен винт 5, св занный посредством передачи 3 с приводом 2. С корпусом тележки 1 кинематически св заны плоские шарнирные параллелограммы, первый 6 и второй 7, имеющие одно общее звено 8. На оси шарнира св зующего смежные звень первого параллелограмма 6, установлена гайка 9, взаимодействующа с винтом 5.
