Abstract
The invention relates to medical technology and allows the patient to be decanted in a shorter time, to avoid extreme situations and tissue injury when the tube is re-inserted. The tracheostomy tube consists of an outer one with a flange and an inner one with open ends of the tubes, mounted coaxially and having openings on the lateral surface. The inner tube at its non-working end is provided with a nozzle formed with a groove and a lid mounted for movement along the thread for adjusting the groove lumen. 2 Il.
Description
The invention relates to medical technology, namely, devices for insertion into the tracheostrism, and can be used in otolaryngology.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the decantation time of patients and the elimination of tissue injury when the tube is re-inserted.
Figure 1 shows the tracheostomy tube, general view; in figure 2. - non-working end of the inner tube.
The tracheostomy tube consists of inner 1 and outer 2 tubes with open ends, mounted coaxially, which are fixed to each other by means of flange 3 and lock 4. On the convex side wall of both tubes there are oval shaped holes 5. The inner tube 1 is equipped with a nozzle 6 made with a groove 7 and a lid 8 mounted for movement along a thread to adjust the clearance of the groove.
The tracheostomy tube is applied as follows.
On the eve of the decantation, the tube is replaced by a conventional tracheostomy tube with a device of the same size. At the same time, the cover 8 is removed. After fixing the tracheostomy tube to the pipe 6 of the internal tube 1, the cover 8 is screwed in and fixed in such a position that the lumen of the groove 7 remains equal to the cross-section area of the internal tube. In the next 2-4 days, the lumen of the groove on the inner tube gradually decreases until it is completely closed, which is caused by the movement of the lid 8. At the same time, the inhaled and exhaled air increasingly begins to pass through the laryngeal lumen. From the moment when the groove 7 on the tracheostomy tube pipe completely overlaps, breathing takes place only through the larynx. With closed tracheostomy

В случае, если у больного наступает значительное затруднение дыхани при закрытой трахеостомической трубке, производитс сн тие крышки 8 или перемещение ее до того уровн , при котором полностью компенсируетс дыхание.the patient is under the supervision of the medical staff on duty for 24 hours. If during this time there is no difficulty breathing, then after the specified period it is deconstructed. If the patient suffers from considerable difficulty in breathing when the tracheostomy tube is closed, the lid 8 is removed or moved to the level at which respiration is fully compensated.
When using the proposed tracheostomy tube, there is no need to reintroduce the tube into the tracheostrom, tissue injury in the tracheostomy region is eliminated, there is no extreme situation when breathing is difficult
