Description
The invention relates to construction and may find application in trunk pipelines, heat and water networks of public utilities.
Известна конструкци резинокордной оболочки, корд которой образован меридиональными или перекрестно-меридиональными нит ми, огибающими размещенные в буртах закладные элементы, выполненные в виде уложенных витков непрерывного жгута .A known construction of a rubber-cord shell, the cord of which is formed by meridional or cross-meridional threads, envelopes the embedded elements placed in the collar, made in the form of laid turns of a continuous tow.
The said shell structure is difficult to manufacture and is not reliable enough to manufacture structures with a curvilinear axis of symmetry by joining individual shells at an angle to each other.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify manufacturing technology and increase reliability.
The sheath of composite materials contains a skeleton of threads, wound on intersecting spirals, and docking ends. The skeleton of the shell is made with a curvilinear axis of symmetry in one plane and is provided with a curvilinear strip of a strip of high modulus composite material installed along the curvilinear forming shell of the shell along the minimum curvature radius. The strip of tape is fixed on the ends of the ring-wound threads. The threads of the spirals of the winding frame are laid at an angle of 55-86 ° to the axis of symmetry of the shell.
1.FIG. 1 shows the shell; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one.
VIThe shell consists of a frame 1, obtained by winding the threads 2 along intersecting spirals at an angle of 55-86 ° to the curvilinear VI

3.shell axis, and docking trims 3.
5.The frame 1 (Figs. 1, 2) contains a curvilinear strip of the tape 4 of a high modulus composite material, installed along the curvilinear forming shell along the minimum radius of curvature, fixed on the ends 3 of the annular threads 5.
For the winding of the framework, yarns of high modulus fibers are used, for example glass, organic, carbon, boron, impregnated with a binder.
The curved strip of the tape 4 is made of unidirectional high-modulus fibers with minimal deformation along the length. Materials for such tapes can be fiberglass, organoplastic, carbon-fiber fabrics, tows and tapes.
The casing of composite materials is made by laying along a pressurized inflatable mandrel forming on the outer surface of a strip of tape soaked in a binder, followed by winding the threads also soaked in a binder in spirals intersecting at an angle of 55-86 °, and the threads stacked on a ring. By applying additional pressure to the mandrel, the billet shell is deformed and the curvilinear axis of symmetry is acquired by it.
The consolidation of the shell shape occurs as a result of heat treatment.
The production of shells with a curvilinear axis of symmetry is possible only under the condition of laying the threads of the spirals in the range of angles of 55-86 ° to the axis of the shell.

At an angle of 54 ° 441 (for a convenience of 55 °), the shell becomes a stable equilibrium system.
4.Non-axisymmetric deformation and bending of the cylindrical mesh shell occurs when axial de-stressing of the axial deformation occurs on one side with a strip of tape 4.
4.Laying the filaments at angles greater than 86 ° is impractical due to the absence of intersection of the spirals and the connections between them (ring-winding almost takes place), which leads to a radial rupture of the material of the inflatable casing on the side opposite to the strip of the tape 4.
The filament angle for each radius of curvature of the axis of symmetry of the shell is determined by calculation.
