Изобретение относитс к термоизолирующим сосудам, в частности к термосам дл жидкостей. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение конструкции и повышение удобства в пользовании. Термос содержит двухстенный корпус 1 с ручкой 2, пробкой 3 и колпачком 4 с патрубком 5. Колпачок 4 выполнен из упругого материала. Пробка 3 выполнена с хвостовиком 6 дл закрыти патрубка 5 колпачка 4. Ручка 2 одним концом шарнирно прикреплена к корпусу 1. Ручка 2 одним концом шарнирно прикреплена к корпусу 1 с возможностью фиксации другого конца в двух положени х: дл выливани жидкости из термоса и дл его пере- носки.
