The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by reducing ha 5a [com; which makes it possible to measure the hardness of the morning surfaces of the articles. The device contains a resonator with an indenter, a loading mechanism, an excitation unit and a measuring unit of the resonant frequency of oscillations, ^ p ^ l of reducing the size of the p-device devices, is made in the form of a ring. The measurement is carried out at resonance, for each point the fixation of the indenter and the loading mechanism are the oscillation nodes! Hardness is judged by the change in the resonance frequency that occurs during the deformation of the resonator ring. The magnitude of the deformation is due to the depth of indentation of the material in the material. 1 ill. The invention relates to the study of the physical properties of materials and can be used in the measurement of hardness. '•', ': The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by reducing the dimensions of the resonator, which makes it possible to measure the hardness of the internal surfaces of the products. The drawing shows a diagram of a device for measuring the hardness of materials. The device includes a housing 1, a resonator 2 with an indenter 3 fixed on it, a loading mechanism made in the form of a screw-cylinder 4. fixed on the resonator 2 at a point diametrically opposite to the fixing point of the indenter 3 , and springs 5, interacting with housing 1 and screw-cylinder 4, excitation unit, made in the form of oscillator 6 of piezo exciter 7, and measuring unit of resonance frequency of oscillations, made in the form of piezo receiver 8 and c 9 we measure the amplitude and frequency kolebaniy.Ustroystvo operates as follows obrazom.Korpus device 1 is pressed against the surface of the test sample 10. 4. indene torr in the initial state 1i projecting from the housing is pressed against the force of the sample 10 surface defined by the spring 5 loaded mechanisms. Description
формаци кольца-резонатора 2 и, следовательно , возрастает его резонансна частота . Поскольку при увеличении твердости материала уменьшаетс глубина внедрени индентора 3 в материал образца и, следовательно , увеличиваетс величина деформации кольца-резонатора 2, ho резонансной частоте кольца-резонатора можно судить о твердости материала образца.the formation of the resonator ring 2 and, consequently, its resonant frequency increases. Since increasing the hardness of the material decreases the depth of penetration of the indenter 3 into the sample material and, consequently, the strain value of the resonator ring 2 increases, the resonance frequency of the resonator ring can be judged on the hardness of the specimen material.
Дл измерени резонансной частоты кольца-резонатора 2 в нем с помощью блока возбуждени возбуждают колебани . Измерени провод т на резонансе, дл которого точки закреплени индентора и механизма нагружени вл ютс узлами колебаний, Измен частоту возбуждени , наход т частоту резонанса по максимуму амплитуды колебаний .In order to measure the resonant frequency of the resonator ring 2, oscillations are excited in it with the aid of an excitation unit. The measurements are carried out at a resonance, for which the indenter's fixing points and the loading mechanism are oscillation nodes. By varying the excitation frequency, the resonance frequency is determined by the maximum of the oscillation amplitude.
