Description
; The invention relates to the field of ventilation of enclosed spaces and can be used to protect both domestic and industrial premises from harmful aerosols and microparticles in the outside air. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of protection of the inside air of the working room from hazardous dust particles and microorganisms of the atmospheric air, as well as increase the life of the gas exchange device and reduce energy costs. 1 shows a diagram of a device for ventilation (for example, for an operating room); in fig. 2 - g; azo exchange device; in fig. 3 - rta- ket from flat frames with nuclear membranes located on them. . The ventilation device comprises an air supply duct of atmospheric air (not shown) and a recirculation air duct 1 of the working air of the working room with fans 2 and 3 installed in the ducts, gas exchange device A in the form of a module of nuclear membranes 5c with separating elements 6 forming alternating cross-directed at an angle of 90 ° to each other flow channels 7 and 8 of the two directions for atmospheric and internal air. Fans 2 and 3 are located in the immediate vicinity of the gas exchange device at the inlets and outlets of the last feed and recirculation 1 ducts with the possibility of creating in the flow channels 7 and 8 laminar air flows with the same pressure on both sides of the nuclear membranes 5. The separating elements 6 form channels 7 and 8 for the passage of air along the entire length of a constant width and height, and

размеры пор дерных мембран 5 мень- ше размеров опасных пылинок и микроорганизмов .pore size of nuclear membranes 5 is smaller than the size of dangerous dust particles and microorganisms.
The ventilation device operates as follows.
Ensuring the normal living conditions of a person is achieved by the difference in partial pressures 0 and CO on the different sides of the nuclear membrane 5. Oxygen 02 diffuses through the nuclear membrane 5 from the outside to the inside, and carbon dioxide C02-- in the opposite direction. This process takes place continuously with the operation of fans 2 and 3. Thus, the air in the room is enriched with oxygen from atmospheric air, and carbon dioxide is fed into the air from the atmosphere. The absence of a pressure differential across the nuclear membranes provides a significant increase in the service life of the device.
The ventilator can operate in conditions of high humidity (up to 100%). In the presence of easily sorbed aerosols, the filtration package can be regenerated by ordinary washing. water or other inert LIQUID.
Ventilation of the room is performed in a closed circuit, which excludes penetration of pathogenic bacteria, viruses and dust from the atmosphere into the room. Dust and microorganisms do not settle on the surface of the nuclear membrane 5, but move in a stream of air along the channel and are thrown out.
To prevent accidental damage to the nuclear membrane in the event of a short-term pressure drop in channels 7 and 8, the separation elements 1 are made in the form of a lattice
It serves as a support for the nuclear membrane from one side and the other.
Продление срока службы устройства дл вентил ции достигаетс периодическим регенерированием газообменного устройства .Extending the life of the ventilation device is achieved by periodically regenerating the gas exchange device.
