Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области металлургии, в частности к коррозионно-стойкой стали, котора может быть использована дл изготовлени крупных отливоквалов бумагоделательных машин, работающих в агрессивных отработанных водах бумажного производства. Цель изобретени - повышение эксплуатационной стойкости за счет повышени прочности и коррозионной стойкости при сохранении пластичности. Сталь дополнительно содержит ванадий, ниобий, церий и кальций при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%; углерод 0,01-0,05, кремний 0,10-1,0, марганец' 0,40-1,5, хром 25,0-27,0, никель 5,50-7,5, медь 1,5-2,5, азот 0,10-0,20, киобий 0,08- 0,15, ванадий 0,08-0,15, кальций 0,001-0,02, церий 0,005-0,08, молибден 1,5-2,5, железо остальное. 2 табл.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to corrosion-resistant steel, which can be used for the manufacture of large castings of papermaking machines operating in aggressive wastewater from papermaking.
