1 ил.for analysis of air and gases. A known method of manufacturing a nonwoven material, in which the fiber is molded from a polymer solution. The solution through a thin capillary under high potential, is fed into a constant electric field. The solvent evaporates, the fine fiber settles on the grounded counter electrode.

The aim of the invention is to improve the uniformity of the structure of the material.
This goal is achieved by the fact that upon receipt of a fibrous filter material by pulling the fibers from the polymer solution through the capillaries with an external electric field, followed by laying them on the collecting electrode, the fibers are pulled out in an air stream. As the precipitation electrode using a graphite grid. The air flow is directed perpendicular to the graphite mesh in the direction of spinning fibers.
