Description
The invention relates to the creation of polyethylene-based materials for the protection of glass products (pipes, inserts, etc.) through which aggressive liquids are transported, and can be used in various industries, especially in the chemical, food and microbiological industries, to prevent scattering of glass fragments in case of mechanical damage to glassware.
Known pipes of non-metallic materials (plastic, fiberglass and technical glass). Technical glass piping has high corrosion resistance, gas tightness, increased throughput and ensures the purity of transported media.
The disadvantage of glass pipelines is low resistance to dynamic loads, which entails not only an irreparable loss of the products transported through them, but can lead to damage to nearby equipment.
Возможно даже самопроизвольное разрушение стекл нных труб из видимых внешних причин.and accidents, especially if highly efficient media are transported through the pipeline. Perhaps even the spontaneous destruction of glass pipes from visible external causes.
To harden glass products, their surface is protected with polymeric coatings. In this case, glass polymer products remove a number of safety restrictions, significantly expand their field of application, since glass polymer products have a higher impact strength, and when the glass base is destroyed, the flow of the media transported through them and the scatter of fragments are eliminated.
Однако полимерные покрыти имеют низкие адгеэионные и физико-механические показатели, невысокую термо- и светостойкость .However, polymer coatings have low adheion and physico-mechanical properties, low thermal and light resistance.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому по технической сущности и достигаемому эффекту вл етс материал дл покрытий, соwThe closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved effect is a material for coatings with
