Description
Изобретение относитс к очистке внутренней поверхности трубопроводов и может быть использовано дл очистки теплотехнического оборудовани электростанций и станций теплоснабжени , в частности трубчатки парогенераторов и конденсаторов от твердых солевых отложений .The invention relates to the cleaning of the internal surface of pipelines and can be used to clean the heat engineering equipment of power plants and heat supply stations, in particular, steam generator tubes and condensers from solid salt deposits.
ют с внутренних стенок ухудшающие теплопередачу отложени .A cleaning element is known for cleaning the internal surface of a pipeline from solid deposits, which is a spherical ruff. made of a material with desired cleaning properties, such as plastic, reinforced with weeding (1). These elements are introduced into the cavity of the cleaned heat engineering equipment and remain for circulation in the circuit for a specified amount of time. In the process of moving the spherical elements along the tubule, they remove heat deteriorating deposits from the inner walls.
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that the cleaning efficiency of the pipeline with such an element is small, since when moving along the pipeline, its spherical body is easily converted into rotation and it actually begins to roll along the cleaned surface of the pipeline. The cleaning action of the cleaning element is minimized.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning the pipeline.
To achieve this goal, the cleaning element is equipped with a weight of material with a mass that ensures the sliding of the cleaning element along the surface being cleaned, which is installed in the body of the cleaning element eccentrically. Moreover, the weight of the cleaning element is made of lead. In addition, a cavity is formed in the opposite part of the body part of the element.

2.According to the second Earmant (fkg.2), cavity 3 is made from the part opposite to the sinker and the body of the cleaning element. The latter is also located eccentrically and at the maximum distance / -, it is from cargo 2.
The improvement of the cleaning of the bodywork by means of a cleaved cleaning element was achieved due to the presence of a massive weight on its body with its eccentric location about the body of the spherical element. At the same time, thanks to the displacement of the center of the spherical body passes of the cleaning element towards the massive weight, the element acquires inertial and gravitational asymmetry, which prevents the element from rolling along the surface of the pipeline during its movement with the pumped fluid. Those. when moving inside a pipe, such a cleaning element slides along its surface, thus acquiring the properties of a cylindrical ruff. Replacing the triple rolling che sliding friction in the proposed technical solution: a significant solution is largely the cleansing ability of the proposed cleaning element and the quality of the cleaning of the internal surface of the pipeline.
Introduced into the spherical body of the cleansing element load.: .-: made of lead. The latter is a fairly common and inexpensive metal that has the necessary density to use it at a given quality. In addition, lead is a soft and corrosion-resistant metal, which provides significant advantages in the case of the destruction of the body of a cleaning element during its operation in the thermal circuit exposed to the arrow.
Due to the marked qualities of the exposed shell, the lead weight cannot have a destructive effect on the structural elements of the contour, as well as
участвовать в химическом взаимодействии с теплоносителем, которым в большинстве случаев вл етс вода с антикоррозионными присадками.participate in chemical interaction with the coolant, which in most cases is water with anti-corrosion additives.
The insrciella and gravitational asymmetry of the body of the spherical element is reinforced by the implementation of part B of the cavity 3 opposite to the weight of the cavity 3 (Fig. 2). The use of this feature allows, in addition, to make cleaning elements from the same materials.
In this case, the average density of the cleaning elements is carried out by changing the ratio of the volumes of the sinker and the cavity.
