Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к инструментам дл  офтальмохирургии , и может быть использовано при операци х по устранению блефароптоза и скле- ропластике. Целью изобретени   вл етс  исключение послеоперационных осложнений путем проведени  нитей через трансплантат , в оптимальных точках при сохранении структуры ткани трансплантата и его фиксации. Пинцет-шаблон содержит нижнюю браншу 1 с ограничител ми 2, верхнюю браншу 3, снабженную регулирующим элементом 4.
