The micronucleus has a housing 1, made in the form of a quadrangular chamber 2, open on one side. On the opposite wall of the chamber 2, the honeycomb 3 is strengthened and the hole 4. is made 4. closed by a stopper 5, the floor ’/ OiopbiM on the housing 1 is fixed at ·; Flight plate 6. A cover 7 with four recesses 8 for inserting feed, an L-shaped cut-out 9 and a hole 10 is inserted into the free opening of the chamber 2, on which a sleeve 11 with a central hole 12. is fixed coaxially with the hole 10 in the cover 7 . In the hole of the sleeve is reinforced rod 13. consisting of two parts 14 and 15, interconnected by a hinge 16. The device is installed by the sleeve 11 in the hole of the module 17, which is one of the strips of the front or rear walls of the hive.
30A universal micronucleus is used as follows. thirty
On the inner side of the stem 13, 5-10 little bowls of the mother liquor made of wax are attached and charged with daily bee larvae. The micronucleus is inserted into the hole of module 17 35 so that the stem 13 is located in the hive at the site of concentration of the club of bees. After 10 days, one best mother liquor is selected and left and transferred to the end of rod 13, leaving it in the hive for incubation, withdrawal, fertilization and uterine upkeep. At the same time, an empty piece of honeycomb 3 (light brown color) cut from the sotorama is tightly placed on the wall of chamber 2, 15-20 young bees are placed in chamber 2, and a canine for feeding is placed in recesses 8.
After the uterus leaves the queen cell, a notch is opened - opening 4 for flight and 10 uterine mating. Then letok 4 is closed and control is laid by laying the eggs with the uterus. When uterine detuning, keeping fetal and infertile queens, replanting them in the bee colonies to limit the laying of eggs 15 during honey collection, the stem 13 should be trellised. When mating, the stem 13 must be made non-perforated.
The proposed micronucleus allows to increase the efficiency of hatching and growing uterus, since with small sizes of the nucleus the natural course of the biology of the uterus is preserved due to the stock located in the hive, in the place of mass location of bees.
