The hydrolyzate is a product of alkaline hydrolysis of the cutting waste of artificial fur of 8-10% concentration with a viscosity of 30-40 centipoise.
Example. A composition containing 50% of the hydrolyzate and 50% of a 40% aqueous solution of calcium chloride is prepared as follows: 100 ml of a 40% aqueous solution of calcium chloride are mixed with 100 ml of the hydrolyzate. After 1-2 minutes the mixture thickens to a solid state.
The effectiveness of the composition as a water insulator is tested in laboratory conditions on the core of the first formation with a length of 50 mm and a diameter of 28 mm.

на установке исследовани проницаемости керна, закачива раствор полимера и раствор хлорида кальци раздельно через буфер.at the core permeability test setup, pumping the polymer solution and the calcium chloride solution separately through a buffer.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the composition is carried out by two parameters: 1 ° According to the insulation coefficient K KH / Kk, where Kn is the permeability coefficient before core plugging, µm2; K - coefficient of permeability after core blockage, μm
2) According to the pressure of the insulating layer, defined as the maximum pressure that keeps the insulating layer when air is blown in the direction of the reverse injection of the insulating composition,
позвол ет рекомендовать его в качестве изолирующего материала дл проницаемых пластов.it can be recommended as an insulating material for permeable formations.
Works on isolating absorbing formations in a well using the proposed composition are carried out according to known technology using standard equipment, and the initial components are separately injected into the formation using buffer liquids. The components are mixed in the bottomhole formation zone. After the components of the water isolating composition are pumped into the reservoir, the well is left to wait for curing for one day, after which it is mastered by a compressor or a submersible pump.
