1. Ножницы для резки листогиго материала, содержащие корпус с нижним прямолинейным режущим элементом, вал, установленный в корпусе, верхний режущий элемент в виде диска, закрепленный на валу, и рукоятку, связанную с верхним режущим элементом, отличающиеся тем, что, с целью расширения технологических возможностей ножниц за счет повышения их КПД и увеличения длины резания за один цикл и улучшения условий труда, они снабжены подшипником, блоком и канатом, при этом в верхней части корпуса выполнен сквозной паз, параллельный режущей кромке нижнего прямолинейного режущего элемента, внутреннее кольцо подшипника установлено на валу, а наружное кольцо расположено в указанном па у с возможностью вращения и возвратно-поступательного перемещения вдоль него, рукоятка смонтирована на блоке, верхний режущий элемент в виде диска закреплен на одном конце вала, блок - на другом, канат обвит с натяжением вокруг блока, концы его зафиксированы на корпусе у противоположных сторон паза, а средняя часть - на блоке.1.
