Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к протезированию клапанов сердца. Цель изобретени - улучшение гемодинамики путем увеличени площади проходного отверсти и ускорени фиксации клапана Протез клапана сердца содержит корпус 2, запирающий элемент 1 и фиксатор из никелида титана, состо щих из игл 4 и 5, изогнутых навстречу и выполненных зз единое целое с кольцом 3, установленным на корпусе 2. 1 ил.
Description
Изобретение относится к медицинской технике, точнее к протезированию искусственных клапанов сердца.
Цель изобретения - улучшение гемодинамики путем увеличения площади проход- 5 ного отверстия и ускорения фиксации клапана.
На чертеже изображен протез клапана сердца с механической фиксацией.
Протез клапана сердца содержит запирающий элемент 1, корпус 2 с проходным отверстием, фиксатор из никелида титана в виде кольца 3 с зеркально установленными на нем рядами игл 4 и 5, причем иглы 4 изогнуты навстречу иглам 5. Кольцо 3 и иглы и 5 выполнены как единое целое. Иглы 4 и расположены по периметру кольца 3, ко- торое установлено на корпусе 2 с плотной посадкой. На корпусе 2 закреплены ограничители 6 хода. 20
Протез клапана сердца собирают следующим образом.
Фиксатор, у которого кольцо 3 имеет внутренний диаметр на 2-3% меньше наружного диаметра корпуса 2, охлаждают и 25 расширяют диаметр кольца 3 до величина, превышающей наружный диаметр корпуса 2. Фиксатор надевают на корпус и нагревают до 40-50°С, что приводит к уменьшению диаметра кольца 3 до первоначальной величины.
Для крепления протеза клапана к фиброзному кольцу иглы 4 и 5 разгибают (как показано на чертеже) в ледяном физиологическом растворе > или парах хлорэтила. ΓΙρο10 тез клапана помещают в фиброзное кольцо и от температуры тела иглы 4 и 5 смыкаются, прошивая фиброзное кольцо, и фиксируют протез клапана.
Claims (1)
- Формула изобретения15 Протез клапана сердца с механической фиксацией, содержащий корпус с ограничителями хода и проходным отверстием., запирающий элемент и фиксатор в виде двух рядов игл, расположенных по периметру корпуса, отличающийся тем, что, с целью улучшения гемодинамики путем увеличения площади проходного отверстия и ускорения фиксации клапана, фиксатор имеет вид кольца, соединяющего иглы и установленного на корпусе, а все элементы фиксатора выполнены из никелида титана.
