Abstract

The invention relates to the poultry industry, namely, devices for dumping the cut legs of bird carcasses from conveyor hanger. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for removing the legs from the suspensions contains an additional guide mounted above the main one to form a gap for the legs, the additional guide being bent upward on the inlet section, mid-parallel to the main guideline, and on the output section down and away from the suspension. 1 з, п.ф-л, 12 Il.

The invention relates to the poultry processing industry and is intended for use in poultry preprocessing conveyors for discharging the suspensions of the cut legs of poultry carcasses.

A device for dumping the cut legs of poultry carcasses from conveyor suspensions is known, consisting of a frame, a mechanism for restricting the movement of the suspensions, and a device for extracting the legs from the suspensions including a guide mounted in the path of movement of the suspensions.

The disadvantage of this device is that 2-3% of the cut off legs of the birds in these devices are not discharged from the suspensions - these are legs with thickenings, strongly clamped in the suspensions. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device.

The device consists of a drive unit in the form of an asterisk 1, rotated by a traction body of the conveyor 2, or in the form of the conveyor 2 itself, a carrying suspension 3 with legs cut off 4, a mechanism for limiting the movement of suspensions consisting of guides 5 and 6 (FIG. 8) or a guide 7 and a toothed disk 8 (FIG. 3), a device for removing legs from suspensions including a lower main guide made in the form of a plate 9 or a rotating ring 10 fixed to the frame 11 of the device, and the upper additional guide 12, fastened movable relative to the lower guide. The lower guide 8 (in the form of a plate) has a limb 13 towards the limb 14 of the lower end of the suspension 3, the upper guide 12 at the inlet section 15 is bent upwards, and at the outlet section 16 - downwards and away from the suspension. The upper and lower guides in their middle part are parallel to one another and form a gap 17, the width of which is set depending on the type of poultry (chickens, chickens, broilers, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl). The device installed on the forward part of the conveyor has straight guides 9 and 12, and the device installed on the rotary part of the conveyor has arcuate guides 9 and 12.
