Abstract
Изобретение относитс к установкам дл испытани материалов на циклические ударные нагрузки. Цель изобретени - расширение функциональных возможностей установки за счет обеспечени испытаний как при сжимающих, так и при раст гивающих ударных нагрузках. Установка содержит корпус 1 с захватами 2 дл образца 3, ударники 5 на штоках 4, гибкую св зь 7 с приводом 8 и шкивами 6. Дл испытаний при нагружении сжимающими и раст гивающими ударными импульсами установка снабжена дополнительными ударниками 10, фиксаторами 14 и ограничител ми 12 перемещени ударников 10, соединенными с захватами 2. При движении гибкой св зи 7 включают фиксаторы 14 на ударниках 5, перемещают их с деформированием пружин 11, а после выключени фиксаторов 14 ударники 5 нанос т удары сжимающими усили ми. Дл нагружени раст гивающими усили ми включают фиксаторы 14 на дополнительных ударниках 10. При ударах дополнительных ударников 10 в ограничители 12 ударные импульсы создаютс за счет инерции движени ударников 5 или 10. Предлагаемую установку используют при испытании образцов 3 различных материалов и изделий. 2 ил. .г ёThis invention relates to apparatus for testing materials for cyclic shock loads. The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality of the installation by providing tests for both compressive and tensile shock loads. The installation includes a housing 1 with grippers 2 for sample 3, percussion 5 on rods 4, a flexible coupling 7 with drive 8 and pulleys 6. For testing under loading with compressive and tensile shock pulses, the installation is equipped with additional impactors 10, clamps 14 and limiters 12 the movements of the strikers 10 connected to the grippers 2. When the flexible link 7 is moving, the clamps 14 on the strikers 5 are turned on, they are moved to deform the springs 11, and after the clamps 14 are turned off, the strikers 5 blow compressive forces. For loading, tensile forces include clamps 14 on additional impactors 10. When additional impactors strike 10 into limiters 12, impact pulses are created due to the inertia of movement of the impactors 5 or 10.
