SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of cesium and rubidium with benzo-substituted kraun-esters in polyfluoro-substituted alcohols following by reextraction with water. Distribution coefficient of cesium from the strong acid media is increased by 1.1-1.5 times (as compared with prototype), cesium and rubidium can be extracted from alkaline media, a number of components of organic phase and reextracting solution are decreased.
