Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технологии машиностроени и может быть использовано дл установки и закреплени зубчатых колес При центрировании по боковым поверхност м зубьев венца. Целью изобрете- ни вл етс повышение точности центрировани и надежности закреплени посредством обеспечени торцового прижима . В корпусе 1 с возможностью вращени установлены эксцентричные конические ролики 2, угол при вершине которых равен удвоенному углу профил базируемого зубчатого колеса. Оси роликов 2 расположены в плоскости, перпендикул рной оси устройства. При закреплении заготовки конические ролики 2 вращаютс и происходит постепенное увеличение радиуса их конических поверхностей, осуществл ющих центрирование зубчатого колеса. После образовани контакта конических поверхностей роликов 2 с боковыми поверхно- ст ми зубьев колеса возникают силы зажима, имеющие радиальные и осевые составл ющие , вследствие этого одновременно обеспечиваетс центрирование зубчатого колеса по боковым поверхност м зубьев и поджатие к опорным пальцам 7. 4 ил. & ЈThis invention relates to mechanical engineering technology and can be used to mount and secure gear wheels.
