Abstract

FIELD: minerals dressing. SUBSTANCE: thin-layer separator of mineral particles in stream has cylindrical body with input and output branch pipes, plates packs, located as separate sections in parallel to each other and axis of the body. In the case, plates of adjacent sections are shifted in respect to each other in vertical plane. Making packs of parallel plates in their low part truncated form, provision of the packs with separating plates allows to separate meeting streams of clarified liquid and thickened slime and so to increase quality of discharge. Besides, vibration exciting apparatus allows to decline angle of body inclination, that caused decrease of structure dimensions half the height. Besides, vibration exciter consolidates slime, additionally drain it and concentrates heavy fraction, for example, gold, in low part of the body, that is cut by catching pockets and brought outside. EFFECT: separator allows to increase quality of mineral particles separation and decrease dimensions. 5 dwg
