Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.

Дл  изготовлени  подложки 2 мл жидкого латекса натурального каучука наливают на дно чашки Петри с площадью дна около 12 см2. После коагул ции латекса на воздухе и образовани  пленки ее поверхность промывают бидистиллированной водой,стерилизуют 70%-ным раствором этанола в течение не менее 30 мин и ополаскивают питательной средой, например средой Игла .
