Description
The invention relates to methods for the continuous collection of oil and oil products from the surface of the water and can be used in offshore oil and gas production.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification.
For carrying out the process, the flask-shaped vessel is pre-filled with a working agent — saline, the neck of the vessel is placed in the oil zone on the water surface, and calcium salt solutions with a density of 1200–1500 g / cm are used as a salt solution, with a heating temperature of the solution in the range of 30-50 ° C.
The flask vessel is filled with brine heated to 30-50 ° C and placed on the surface of the water in an oil layer.
Oil in the vessels emerges, and the working agent flows out. The required temperature of the salt solution is maintained by heating the wall of the flask-shaped vessel in a known manner - by circulating hot water between the casing and the vessel or electrically. Due to the use of solutions with a density of 1200–1500 g / cm3 and its heating in the range of 30–50 ° C as a working agent, oil flooding through the layer of the working agent occurs in a larger amount and faster than the known one, where sea water is used as a working agent. In addition, the use of an aqueous solution of calcium chloride as a salt solution does not adversely affect the water basin from the point of view of environmental protection. When the vessel is filled with oil,

нефть перевод т вскважину-ловушку, из которой нефть по трубопроводу откачивают в емкость, расположенную на площадке морской эстакады,the oil is transferred to the wellbore trap, from which oil is pumped through the pipeline into a tank located on the offshore platform,
П р и м е р. 3.PRI me R. A film of oil in the amount of 40 ml was applied to the water surface of a container with a diameter of 87 mm. After that, in one of the experiments, oil was collected from the surface of the water by lowering the neck of a flask filled with seawater into the oil layer, and in another experiment, a heated aqueous solution of calcium chloride was used instead of water. In this case, both the temperature of the calcium chloride solution in the range of 20-60 ° C and the density of the solutions in the range of 1100-1600 g / cm3 vary.
1 и 2.The results of experimental studies are shown in Table. 1 and 2.
It was established that cleaning the surface of water from oil at a density of calcium chloride solution below 1200 g / cm and a temperature below 30 ° C is not effective, and at a density of calcium chloride solution above 1500 g / cm3 and a temperature above 50 ° C, the effectiveness of cleaning water from oil rises insignificantly and a further increase in the plateau and the temperature of the solution is impractical.

In tab. 3 shows the degree of cleaning of the surface of the reservoir from oil at a density of 1100-1600 g / cm and temperatures of 20-60 ° C.
In comparison with the known method, the proposed method allows to increase the degree of surface water purification by 5-11 times.
Эффективность предложенного способа непрерывной очистки поверхности воды от плавающей пленки нефти и нефтепродуктов обеспечиваетс за счет сбора большего количества нефти за проектный промежуток времени по сравнению с известным способом .The effectiveness of the proposed method of continuously cleaning the surface of water from a floating film of oil and petroleum products is achieved by collecting a larger amount of oil during the design period of time as compared with the known method.
