Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени , в частности к устройствам дл ориентации ступенчатых деталей. Целью изобретени вл етс повышени надежности в работе. Дл этого на входе отвод щего трубопровода 7 установлен с возможностью осевого перемещени эжектор 2. Эжектор 2 выполнен регулируемым по глубине разр жени . На входе отвод щего трубопровода 8 установлена регулируема диафрагма 3. Выходы трубопроводов 7 и 8 соединены между собой. Входы трубопроводов, эжектор и диафрагма расположены соосно. Эжектор настраивают таким образом, чтобы обеспечить захват детали, расположенной к нему определенным концом. В случае захвата детали с питател эжектором 2 трубопровод 7 обеспечивает ее периориентацию. В случае, если не происходит захвата детали эжектором, то диафрагма 3 открываетс , и деталь по трубопроводу 8 поступает без пе- риориентации. Детали к заслонке 16 поступают ориентированными определенным концом. 4 ил.The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to devices for the orientation of stepped parts.
