The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of transporting the rock mass (GM). To do this, trunks and horizontal workings are carried out at a depth below the final bottom of the pit. The field is developed in steep layers with the formation on each side of the working side of the temporary non-working ledges and safety berms on the side. Each layer is worked out with a separate working platform (P) and with the delivery of the GM from it through ore passes and ore scraps with their redemption in parts to the height of the spent ledge. Work sites are formed at a distance from one another, determined from the above ratio. The processing of each layer of the individual working area in the areas from the extreme horizons to the receiving ones is done by ore scaffolds and ore passes, and at the sites from the receiving ones to the maximum horizons - by ore scrapes. Each ore pass before the beginning of working out the next ledge is freed from the previously filled GM. When the miner goes from top to bottom, its upper part is divided into two sectors, rebuilt in the same plane with the bottom of the rudoscate trough and directed from its longitudinal axis to both sides at an angle of 30-45 °. At maturity, one sector is redeemed, the other is used for work. 1 hp f-ly, 5 ill. 00 С о со j j Vs | Che
Description
Изобретение относитс к горной промышленности и может быть использовано при разработке глубокозалегающих крутопадающих месторождений полезных ископаемых .The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of deep-lying steeply dipping mineral deposits.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of transporting the rock mass.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram of open pit mining in steep layers.
З - схема рудоската на борту крутого сло ; на фиг.4 - схема работы рудоската при одновременном погашении его на высоту отрабатываемого уступа; на фиг.5 - схема транспортных коммуникаций карьера.when opened by vertical trunks, horizontal underground workings, redeeming ore passes and ores; Fig. 2 is a diagram for determining the distance between the ore passes; FIG. 3 is a diagram of the rudoscat on board a steep layer; figure 4 is a diagram of the work of the mine at the same time redeeming it to the height of the working ledge; figure 5 - diagram of transport communications career.
The way of doing this is as follows.
Это обеспечивает бесперебой ную добычу полезных ископаемых в плановых объемах в течение отработки следующего крутого сло .With open pit mining of steeply dipping 1 deposits, including ore body 2, intermediate contours with an angle of inclination close to the repayment angle are separated in the end contours of open pit 3, within which steep excavation layers 4 are formed. The working of steep layers is conducted by a separate working platform 5 s the formation of the next steep layer on the side than on the side, as well as its non-access side 6, consisting of temporarily non-working ledges 7, safety berms 8 and receiving platforms 9. After working off the next steep layer, the width of the pit bottom 1 0 is increased by an amount equal to the width of this layer. This ensures uninterrupted mining of minerals in planned volumes during the mining of the next steep layer.
The resulting tilt angle of the working pit side is increased by reducing the number of working sites within it and increasing the height of the non-working sides of each steep layer. At the same time, the required intensity of development of the working area of the quarry is provided by increasing the concentration of mining equipment on the working sites and increasing the speed of working steep layers, which is ensured by the use within the working sites of motor vehicles with a minimum distance of transportation of the rock mass to the points zgruz ki
The opening of the deposit is carried out by vertical main 11 and auxiliary (ventilation) 12 shafts to a depth above the pit bottom. Under the working zone of the quarry, underground mines (quarters) 13 are made, which are connected to the receiving and working sites by ore chutes 14–16. In this case, the ore passes are spaced apart from each other, determined from the ratio

The bunker, over the width of the chute of the slope, overlaps with the supporting wall 29.
15.Bypassing the hearth mass by the devices 27 is transmitted to the crushing and reloading station 30 and to the ore passes 14 and 15.
After preparation of the ore scopes 20 for operation, which consists in installing the gallery P of the exhaust devices 27 of item 30 and the formation of the anvil wall 29, the working platform 5 is worked out with the transportation of the rock mass by eutomasam dumps 31, bypassing the ore scour 20 and the ore release 15 to the underground mine. Rudoskaty 19 and 20 are redeemed in the following order. In one sector, for example, 25, dump trucks 31 are being unloaded, and the second 26 is being worked out (loosened by borehole charges, developed by excavators). At the same time, the mountain mass at the temporary automobile congress 32 is delivered to sector 25 (mountain: 100 m). After the expansion of the site (from the mountains. -115m), a new sector 26 of the rudoscate passes through which the entire mountain mass is passed. Gradually, with the movement of the faces (mountains - 115m), sector 25 (from mountains - 115) was rebuilt by 130m. In the future, when working out the mountains. The -115m repayment operations of the ore scour 22 are repeated as described.
The delivery of rock from the quarry to the surface is carried out along the oreskatami 19 and 20, the ore chutes 14 and 15, the horizontal mines 13 and the shaft 11 (figure 5). After the orescores are redeemed, the rock mass from the back of the excavator of the working platform 5 is delivered by dump trucks 31 directly to the mouth of the ore landing 16. where screening or crushing is performed to the required size of the piece at point 30, after which the ore release 16 moves to the mine 13 and along the shaft 11 to the surface career. In the place of release of the rock mass from the ore passes 14-16 on the underground mine 13 and from the bunker 23 of the rudoscats 19 and 20, point vibrators are installed on point 30.
