Description

The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to devices for tightening wires into pipes.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design.

Figure 1 shows the device, a general view; figure 2 - scan the rim of the wheel with the tabs; on fig.Z - section aa on figure 2: on figure 4 - a ledge; figure 5 - section bb in fig.Z.

A device for tightening wires into pipes comprises a wheel 1. On the rim 2 of which two rows of projections 3 are installed, successively displaced (in a checkerboard pattern) evenly along the circumference by a step T (Fig. 2). The projections have bevels 4 (FIG. 4), and in the lower part are grooves 5 with sharp rectangular cross-section ribs 6 (FIG. 5). To connect the wheel 1 with the drive (not shown), there are a shaft 7 (Fig. 1) and a key 8.

The wheel 1 is installed in the supporting housing 9, having an inlet 10 with a sleeve 11 and an output pipe 12. The sleeve provides precise insertion of the flexible thread - wire 13 between the projections 3 of the wheel 1. At the end of the flexible thread 13 a bundle of wires 14 is fixed. The flexible thread is preloaded in the pipeline 15.

The device works as follows.

The bending thread 13, at the end of which a bundle of laid wires 14 or a cable is fixed, must first be pushed into the pipeline 15. The end of the wire 13 is laid on the rim 2 of the wheel 1 in

grooves 5 of the protrusions 3, loosely bending the rim, and out through the output tube 12. After creating a preliminarily small tension on the wire 13 from the side of the output pipe 12, which ensures that the wire is laid into the grooves 5 of the projections 3 and bends around the edges 6 and a wire tightening process is in progress. The grooves in the protrusions also keep the coil of steel wire from falling out during changeover, stopping the device. And the depth of the groove 5 with a diameter of a flexible thread - wire 2-5 mm is 0.2-0.3 mm.

The use of a device for tightening wires into pipes allows you to pull the wire without slipping while simultaneously increasing the pulling force due to the strong interaction of the wire with the protrusions mounted on the wheel rim, which is provided by positioning the projections and making bevels and grooves on them.

Claims An apparatus for tightening wires into pipes, comprising a working member for laying the wire, fixed in a housing and connected to a drive, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design, the operating member is made in the form of a wheel, on the rim of which are mixed in the direction of the wheel axis at the same pitch, two rows of protrusions with bevels and grooves inside the wheel rim, while the protrusions in the groove zone have rectangular sections.
