The method is carried out as follows.
The tool is prepared from colostrum collected within 3 days after calving the cow. Take 10 liters of colostrum, add 2 liters of boiled water, mix thoroughly and pass through a separator, turning the screw that regulates the fat content of the cream by 1.5-2, more turnover than when separating ordinary milk. The cream collected for 1-2-3 days mix and churn butter. The whipped oil is placed in a water bath with a temperature of 80-90 ° C and melted for 1 hour. The melted fat is filtered through 2-3 layers of gauze, and then placed in a separating funnel, where it is washed 5-6 times with distilled water until it is washed. water will not become transparent. After the last wash, the separatory funnel with the resulting oil is immersed in a water bath at a water temperature of 70 ° C for 2-3 hours to remove the remaining water. The washed fat is drained into a dark glass dish. 500 g of the preparation is obtained, which is stored in a refrigerator at 4-5 ° C. The tool should be obtained from colostrum collected during the first 3 days of calving, as the content of active substances in it drops sharply.

The effect of the obtained agent on the antitoope formation process in rabbits is as follows. For immunization, a S. typhirnumum 1950 bacteria stamp was used in 1% neutral formalin.
First, the bacteria were sown on the nutritional nature of agar Hottinger, then incubated for 1 day in a thermostat at 37 ° C, after which the bacteria were reseed again on Hottinger agar and after 1 day washed with saline. For
Neutral formalin at a concentration of 0.5-1.2% was added to a test tube with bacteria to obtain a killed culture. One day after the treatment of bacteria with formalin in the indicated concentrations, a control seeding was done on Hottinger's agar. The growth of bacteria was observed only in the culture of bacteria with 0.5% formalin.
A suspension of bacteria was centrifuged twice in normal physiological solution for 20 minutes at 3000 xD. Washed from formalin sediment cells dissolved in 2 ml of saline. Then, gradually adding the saline solution to the tube and constantly measuring the suspension of the culture according to the standard, a concentration of 0.5 was obtained; one; 1.5; 2.0 billion microbial cells per ml.
In the experiments, groups of rabbits were used, 5 animals each, weighing 2-2.5 kg. Rabbits that make up the first group received a suspension of bacteria and a drug, rabbits of the second group received a comparison drug (a substance isolated by the same method, but from ordinary milk), rabbits of the third group received only a suspension of Salmonella bacteria.
Кролики опытной группы за весь курс получали по 23 г средства , а кролики контрольной группы по 23 г препарата сравнени ,Suspension of bacteria with increasing doses of 0.5; 1.0; 1.5; 2.0 billion microbial cells were injected in a volume of 1 ml intravenously 4 times with intervals between injections of 4-5 days. The resulting drug and comparator in the amount of 1 ml were orally administered daily throughout the entire course of immunization and blood collection. Rabbits from the experimental group received 23 g of the drug for the entire course, while rabbits from the control group each received 23 g of the comparison preparation
Полученные образцы сыворотки крови титровали на присутствие антител в реакции пассивной гемагглютинэции (РПГА) с эритроцитами, нагруженными саль- монеллезным атигеном (тифимуриум).Blood for the study was taken from the ear vein on the 10th, 14th and 21st day after the last immunization. The obtained serum samples were titrated for the presence of antibodies in the reaction of passive hemagglutinitis (RPHA) with erythrocytes loaded with salmonella atigenome (typhimurium).
The results are presented in table.
As the data of this table showed, the obtained agent has a strong stimulating effect on the antibody formation process in rabbits. Moreover, an increased antibody titer in the blood of experimental rabbits is observed throughout the immunization. Comparison drug did not have any influence on the process of antibody formation. The resulting agent can be administered orally, with no toxic reactions or allergic manifestations in rabbits observed.
S. anatum.A similar process is observed in mice immunized with lipopolysaccharide isolated from S. anatum.
