Abstract
1 з.п. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of development and operation of oil wells while simultaneously improving the drive energy parameters. For this, the development of an oil well (NS) 1 is performed with the subsequent operation of its ESP 2 together with a jet pump (CH) 3. The development of NS 1 is carried out only by ESP 2. Then, HC 3 is released to HC 1 and the HC 1 is operated by an electrocentrifugal ESP 2. Moreover, CH 3 is fixed above the ESP 2. The discharged CH 3 depresses the spring-loaded sleeve 6 and opens the holes 7 in the column of pipes 4 to take formation fluid from the annulus. When the ESP 2 is operating, the SN installed above it provides additional oil extraction from the annular space. 1 hp ff, 2 ill. WЈa 00 y SL SL N
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the extraction of oil from wells by electric centrifugal pumps.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of development and operation of oil wells while improving the energy performance of the drive.
Figure 1 shows the layout of the equipment during well development; figure 2 - the same, during the operation of the well.
2.The method includes the development of the oil well 1 with the subsequent operation of its electric centrifugal pump 2 together with the jet pump 3. In addition, the development of the oil well 1 is carried out only by an electric centrifugal pump 2, then the jet pump 3 is dropped into the well 1 and the oil well 1 is operated electric centrifugal pump 2, and the jet pump 3 is fixed above the electric centrifugal pump 2.
4.The centrifugal pump 2 is lowered into the well 1 plugged with heavy liquid (salt solution) on the column of the pump-compressor pipes 4. A sleeve b is installed on the discharge from the pump, which bridges the holes 7 in the pump-compressor pipe 4.
при этом отверсти 7 сообщают камеру смещени струйного насоса 3 с затрубным пространством .Pump 2 is selected on the basis of the development of a pressure that ensures the pumping of heavy liquid. After pumping heavy fluid into the well, a lubricating pump 3 is discharged through a lubricator (not shown). Pump 3 depresses sleeve 6 and is installed on the discharge of electric centrifugal pump 2. The opening 7 communicates the displacement chamber of the jet pump 3 with the annulus.
Излишн часть напора центробежного насоса 2 расходуетс на насадке струйного насоса 3, который за счет этого обеспечивает дополнительный приток нефти в колонну 4, при этом производительность установки превышает производительность используемого в ней погружного центробежного насоса .An unnecessary part of the pressure of the centrifugal pump 2 is spent on the nozzle of the jet pump 3, which thereby provides additional oil flow to the column 4, and the plant capacity exceeds the capacity of the submersible centrifugal pump used in it.
Example. The method is carried out at operation of the well in a 146-millimeter column. To lift oil

The centrifugal pump 2 is lowered into the well to a depth of 1.E1200 m. The wellhead pressure in the well is P 1.5 MPa,

Consequently, the nominal head of the ESP 5-130-1400, equal to 1400 m, is sufficient for the development of the well. For further
эксплуатации скважины после замещени жидкости глушени газонасыщенной нефтью напор насоса может быть снижен наoperation of the well after the replacement of the killing liquid with gas-saturated oil, the pump head can be lowered by

This reserve is sufficient for the effective operation of the jet pump installed on the discharge of a centrifugal pump, after the development of the well.
Additional commissioning of the jet pump makes it possible to increase the well flow rate from 130 to 250 m3 / day.
