The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the process by reducing the moisture content of the product.
Example. For the preparation of a five-grained arsenic, waste solutions of refining-and-production production, purified from impurities by preliminary H-cationation and containing arsenic (V) 18.5 g / l (in terms of arctic acid 35.04 g / l) and sulfuric acid 189.8 are used. g / l. Sulfuric sodium with a sulfide ion content of 12.5-80.1 g / l is used as the sulfide reagent. The precipitation is carried out in a closed reactor with a working capacity of 1 l, equipped with a stirrer, supply lines for the precipitator solution and discharge of the suspension, which is connected to the air above the surface of the solution by means of a sealed device such as a hydraulic lock to release and return to the process an excess amount of hydrogen sulfide in case of an overdose of the sulfide reagent. 1 l of solution is poured into the reactor, and sulphide reagent is supplied with stirring for 60-80 minutes. The temperature of the suspension during the precipitation process does not exceed the temperature of the initial solution and is 16-25 ° C. Consumption of reagent coincides with stoichiometric. At the end of the process, the suspension is kept for 5 hours at 16-70 ° C to coagulate the precipitate and remove traces of hydrogen sulfide, then filtered on a vacuum filter until the outflow of the mother liquor stops. Uterine solutions with a residual content of 30 mg / l of arsenic are used: for elution of sodium cation-ion filters, followed by separation of sodium sulfate and returning the filtrate to circulation; as an initial solution for sodium extraction by H-cationization and utilization of sulphate filtrate in refined production (with a high acid content) or additional treatment of the arsenic from the H-cationized solution by the geoeleosulfide method before MPC and discharge of the filtrate into the effluent {at a low sulfuric acid content).
