Abstract

Изобретение относитс к средствам транспортировани , а именно к контейнерам дл транспортировани ,хранени и выдачи штучных грузов преимущественно сельскохоз йственной продукции. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение удобства обслуживани и механизаци выдачи штучных грузов. Контейнер содержит корпус 1, смонтированный на направл ющих 4 тележки 5. Подъем корпуса 1 по направл ющим 4 осуществл етс механизмом подъема, выполненным в виде гофрированного сильфо- на 6, приводной механизм которого, например насос 11, расположен внутри полости гофрированного сильфона 6 и соединен с ручкой 13 через рычаг 14. Внутри контейнера по русно в шахматном пор дке размещены выдвижные полки 8, оснащенные механическими питател ми, которые могут быть выполнены в виде рольгангов или транспортеров. Питатели каждой полки 8 через зубчатые колеса, сопр женные общим винтом 10, кинематически св заны с приводным механизмом 11. Загрузка штучного груза осуществл етс через загрузочное окно 2, а, включа приводной механизм 11 выключателем 17, производ т заполнение полок 8 механическими питател ми. Дл выгрузки предварительно устанавливают разгрузочное окно 3 корпуса 1 на необходимую дл удобной выгрузки высоту при помощи механизма подъема, покачива ручкой 13, а затем включают приводной механизм 11 и осуществл ют механическими питател ми выгрузку штучного груза и разгрузочного окна 3. Обеспечиваетс удобство обслуживани , замена вышедших из стро механических питателей и механизаци загрузки и выгрузки штучных грузов. 3 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил. Lifting the housing 1 along the guides 4 is carried out by a lifting mechanism made in the form of a corrugated bellows 6, the drive mechanism of which, for example, a pump 11, is located inside the cavity of the corrugated bellows 6 and is connected with the handle 13 through the lever 14. Sliding shelves 8 equipped with mechanical feeders, which can be made in the form of roller tables or conveyors, are placed in a staggered manner inside the container. The feeders of each shelf 8 through gears, conjugated with a common screw 10, are kinematically connected to the drive mechanism 11. The piece load is loaded through the loading window 2, and including the drive mechanism 11 with the switch 17, the shelves are filled with 8 mechanical feeders. For unloading, the discharge window 3 of the housing 1 is preliminarily installed at the height required for convenient unloading by means of a lifting mechanism, rotated by the handle 13, and then the driving mechanism 11 is turned on and the mechanical load is discharged from the piece cargo and the discharge window 3. 1. A container for transporting, storing and issuing piece goods, mainly agricultural products; comprising a housing with loading and unloading windows and shelves and obliquely arranged guide trays placed on two opposite sides of the housing in a staggered manner, characterized in that, in order to improve ease of maintenance and mechanization of the delivery of piece goods, the container is equipped with a trolley with guides fixed to it and a mechanism for lifting the housing, made with the possibility of vertical movement along the rails, while the drive mechanism for issuing piece goods is mounted on the housing, and each Single shelf is made extendable and provided with a mechanical feeder, the axis of which on one side are derived outside the housing and at their ends are fixed gears, associated with a common screw, kinematically connected with actuating mechanism.
