Abstract

Изобретение относитс к конвейерному транспорту и позвол ет повысить надежность работы. Устройство содержит внешние звездочки 1, соосно дасположенные А -, внутренние звездочки 2 и огибающие звездочки 1 и 2 две пары замкнутых цепных контуров (ЦК) 3. Одна из пар ЦК 3 размещена внутри ЦК 3 другой пары. Каждый паре ЦК 3 соответствуют горизонтальные направл ющие (Н) 11. Шарнирно к ЦКЗ присоединены консоли 7,8, к первой из которых шарнирно, а к другой жестко крепитс гру- зонесущий стол 9 с вилами 10 по концам. На конце консоли 7 установлен каток (К) 13, а на столе 9 - К 14. При этом К 13, 14 расположены с внешней стороны ЦК 3, а Н 11 дл пары К 14 расположена выше Н 11 дл пары К 13, При движении ЦК 3 осуществл ет плоскопараллельное перемещение стола 9. Стол 9 подхватывает груз вилами 10 и перемещаетс К 13, 14 по Н 11, которые воспринимают его вес и вес груза. A device for removing, transferring and transporting piece goods, including external and coaxially located inner sprockets, enveloping the outer and inner sprockets, two pairs of closed chain circuits, one of the pairs of which is placed between closed chain circuits of the other pair, horizontal guides corresponding to each pair of closed chain circuits, a load-carrying table with forks at the ends and with two pairs of consoles pivotally attached to closed chain loops, mounted on horizontal rails two pairs of rollers, one pair of which is mounted on one of the pairs of consoles on the outside of the closed chain circuits, and a drive for moving the closed chain circuits, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of operation, the other pair of rollers is mounted on a load-bearing table and is located on the outside sides of closed chain loops, and horizontal guides for a given pair of rollers are located above horizontal guides for another pair of rollers.
