Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for ligating damaged major arterial vessels during the stages of medical evacuation from mass lesions. The purpose of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications by 1 preserving the anatomical relationships of the crossed main vessel and its branches. To achieve this goal, the central and peripheral sections of the damaged vessel are tied up, after which, using the supplied ligatures, the ends of the vessel are brought together to touch and fixed to one another. The method allows to keep intact ratios of the branches of the transferred main vessel. The method is recommended for use in practical medicine.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to treat injuries of the great arterial vessels at the stages of medical evacuation from foci of massive lesions.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications by maintaining the anatomical ratios of the crossed main vessel and its branches.
The method is carried out as follows. After the central and peripheral stump of the damaged vessel has been released in the wound, ligatures are placed on them and tied. Preliminarily, under these ligatures, an additional two ligatures are carried out, with the help of which the two stumped arteries are brought together and
фиксируют, зав зыва лигатуры между собой .fix, tying the ligature between them.
Example Under general anesthesia, a dog produced a gunshot wound to the femur in the projection of the femoral artery. Bleeding is stopped by applying harnesses above and below the wound site of the artery. The central and peripheral stumps of the damaged femoral artery are highlighted and silk ligatures are superimposed on them. Previously, under these ligatures, two ligatures were made on both sides of the circumference of the vessel stump. Using the supplied silk ligatures, the stump of the damaged vessel was brought together to the contact and fixed by tying the ligatures between them. The primary surgical treatment of the wound was made, the wound was drained and partially sutured. After 4 months, angiography was performed,
