Abstract
Изобретение относитс к экспериментальным исследовани м трещи нестойкости материалов и конструкций. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение достоверности измерени , производимого в режиме опроса путем регистрации вершины трещины возрастающим по амплитуде сигналом. Датчик содержит диэлектрическую подложку 1, на которой размещен чувствительный элемент в виде параллельных проводников 2, соединенных перемычками 3, и контакты 4 дл подключени в измерительную схему. Разность сопротивлений перемычек 3 междусоседними проводниками 2 возрастает от первой пары к последней. По мере развити трещины проводники 2 разрываютс , причем сигнал в измерительной схеме возрастает ступенчато по абсолютной величине. Прибор опрашивает датчик и регистрирует по этому сигналу положение вершины трещины . 1 ил.This invention relates to experimental studies of the cracks of instability of materials and structures. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of measurements made in the polling mode by registering the crack tip with an amplifying signal. The sensor comprises a dielectric substrate 1, on which a sensing element is placed in the form of parallel conductors 2 connected by bridges 3, and contacts 4 for connection to a measuring circuit. The difference in resistance of the jumpers 3 between the adjacent conductors 2 increases from the first pair to the last. As the crack develops, the conductors 2 are broken, and the signal in the measuring circuit increases stepwise in absolute value. The device interrogates the sensor and registers the position of the tip of the crack using this signal. 1 il.
