Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способу изготовлени многослойных конструкций, предназначено дл изготовлени панелей, оболочек и др. изделий из композиционного материала с сотовым заполнителем. Цель изобретени - повышение прочности. Дл этого сотовый заполнитель формируют из пропитанной св зующим неотвержденной ленты 3, которую располагают торцом к поверхности неотвержденной нижней обшивки 2 в соответствии с заданной геометрической формой чеек путем прерывистого дискретного перемещени ленты с шагом, равным длине каждой очередной грани чейки относительно стержней, которые внедр ют в неотвержденную нижнюю обшивку 2 перпендикул рно ее поверхности и на них насаживают неотвержденную верхнюю обшивку. Затем производ т полимеризацию , причем фиксирующие стержни 4 имеют длину не более высоты конструкции. 4 ил.
