Изобретение относитс к химическому машиностроению, в частности к оборудованию дл приготовлени эмульсий и суспензий в лакокрасочной промышленности Цель - интенсификаци процесса и повышение степени диспергировани . Диспергатор содержит корпус 1 с рубашкой, загрузочной 2 и разгрузочный 3 патрубки, нагнетательные элементы, приводной вал 6, размещен- концентрично в корпусе центральную ось 7, на которой укреплены подшипники 8 качени меньшего диаметра и перфорированные диски 9, и вращающуюс обечайку 10 на которой установлены подшипники 11 качени большого диаметра. Обечайка 10 и центральна ось 7 соединены с приводным валом планетарной передачей с возможностью вращени в противоположные стороны . Подшипники 11 большего диаметра установлены на внутренней поверхности обечайки и насажены на наружные кольца подшипников меньшего диаметра.
