The invention can be used in the instrumental process of cleaning gas mixtures by the method of adsorption in the stationary layer in the chemical, metallurgical and other branches of the national economy. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the regeneration process by passing the regenerating gas sequentially through the sorbing elements. The adsorber is provided with vertical partitions installed along the axis of the sorbing elements, parallel to the wall of the housing in which the regenerating eye supply nozzle is located. Partitions divide the working space into a series of sections through which the regenerating gas 2 sludge passes successively.

регенерирующего агента на стадии регене рации.regenerating agent at the stage of regeneration.
The device works as follows
Into the adsorber, gas purification and sorbent regeneration stages are alternately carried out.
At the purification stage, the gas to be cleaned through the inlet 9 enters the dispensing manifold 8, then through the openings 30- 32 is supplied to sections 27-29 of chamber 2, is filtered through the walls of the sorbing elements 3-6 and is cleaned by adsorption cleaned gas, carbon adsorbent. The purified gas exits through the open ends of the sorbing elements into the sorbing collector 7 and then is discharged through the outlet 10 to the atmosphere. At the cleaning stage, valves 15, 26, 17, 18, 19 are open, while 13 and 14 are closed.
At the stage of sorbent regeneration, valves 15-19 are closed (using pneumatic actuators 20-24, respectively), and valves 13 and 14 are opened. The desorbing agent (for example, water vapor) through the inlet 11 enters section 27, passes through the filter walls of the sorbent elements 3 and 4, enters section 28, passes through the filter walls of the sorbent elements 5 and 6. enters section 29 and then the outlet 12 is removed from the adsorbent together with the desorbed products.
Thus, at the stage of sorbent regeneration, the desorbing agent successively passes through several filtering walls of the sorbing elements. This allows a more efficient use of the desorbing agent due to the more complete utilization of its heat and pressure.
способности, снизить его удельный расход в 1,5-3,5 раза (в зависимости от толщины фильтрующей стенки сорбирующего элемента и характеристик сорбирующего материала , состава очищаемого газа, видаability to reduce its specific consumption by 1.5-3.5 times (depending on the thickness of the filtering wall of the sorbent element and the characteristics of the sorbent material, the composition of the gas to be purified, the type
десорбирующего агента и необходимой степени десорбции).desorption agent and the required degree of desorption).
