С целью повышени надежности герметизации обтуратор выполнен плоско-эллипсовидной формы, снабжен полой трубкой L-образной формы и закреплен в месте ее изгиба.The invention relates to medical technology and can be used for obturation of external fistulas. Устройство состоит из трубки 1 с закрепленным на ней надувным баллоном 2 из м гкой резины, заполненным магнитной жидкостью в количестве, не превышающем объема баллона 2. Внутри трубки 1 проходит воздуховод 3, через который осуществл етс заполнение надувного баллона 2 магнитной жидкостью. На трубке установлен съемный кольцевой кобальт-самариевый магнит 4 с радиарной намагниченностью, предназначенный дл конгруентного прижати поверхности надувного баллона 2 к поверхности кишки.The device consists of a tube 1 with an inflatable balloon 2 of soft rubber fixed on it, filled with magnetic fluid in an amount not exceeding the volume of the balloon 2. Затем последнюю через воздуховод 3 заполн ют магнитной жидкостью в объеме, равном таковому надувной манжеты. При таких услови х заполнени исключаетс деформаци надувной манжеты, выполненной из м гкой резины. После подт гивани обтуратора до соприкосновени надувной манжеты с внутренним отверстием свища через трубку 1 надевают кольцевой кобальт-самариевый магнит 4, заранее подобранный по таблице В. А. Франка. При этом баллон 2 плотно прижимаетс к стенке кишки. В таком положении обтуратор держат в кишечном тракте в течение времени, достаточном дл подготовки больного к операции, перед которой, эвакуировав магнитную жидкость из надувного баллона 2, обтуратор удал ют.In an inflatable balloon 2, the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure, after which it is folded around tube 1 and in such a position is introduced through the fistula into the intestine. In this position, the obturator is kept in the intestinal tract for a time sufficient to prepare the patient for the operation, before which, after evacuating the magnetic fluid from the inflatable balloon 2, the obturator is removed.
