На чертеже изображено устройство дл  закрыти  наружного кишечного свища, общий вид.The drawing shows a device for closing the external intestinal fistula, a general view.

Устройство состоит из трубки 1 с закрепленным на ней надувным баллоном 2 из м гкой резины, заполненным магнитной жидкостью в количестве, не превышающем объема баллона 2. Внутри трубки 1 проходит воздуховод 3, через который осуществл етс  заполнение надувного баллона 2 магнитной жидкостью. На трубке установлен съемный кольцевой кобальт-самариевый магнит 4 с радиарной намагниченностью, предназначенный дл  конгруентного прижати  поверхности надувного баллона 2 к поверхности кишки.The device consists of a tube 1 with an inflatable balloon 2 of soft rubber fixed on it, filled with magnetic fluid in an amount not exceeding the volume of the balloon 2. Устройстве дл  закрыти  наружного кишечного свища используют следующим образом ,The device for closing the external intestinal fistula is used as follows.

В надувном баллоне 2 понижают давление до атмосферного, после чего его сворачивают вокруг трубки 1 и в таком положении ввод т через свищ в кишку. Затем последнюю через воздуховод 3 заполн ют магнитной жидкостью в объеме, равном таковому надувной манжеты. При таких услови х заполнени  исключаетс  деформаци  надувной манжеты, выполненной из м гкой резины. После подт гивани  обтуратора до соприкосновени  надувной манжеты с внутренним отверстием свища через трубку 1 надевают кольцевой кобальт-самариевый магнит 4, заранее подобранный по таблице В. А. Франка. При этом баллон 2 плотно прижимаетс  к стенке кишки. В таком положении обтуратор держат в кишечном тракте в течение времени, достаточном дл  подготовки больного к операции, перед которой, эвакуировав магнитную жидкость из надувного баллона 2, обтуратор удал ют.In an inflatable balloon 2, the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure, after which it is folded around tube 1 and in such a position is introduced through the fistula into the intestine. Формула изобретени  Устройство дл  закрыти  наружного кишечного свища, содержащее магнит и эластичный обтуратор с ферромагнитной жидкостью, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью повышени  надежности герметизации свища, оно снабжено L-образной полой трубкой при этом обтуратор выполнен плоскоэллипсовидной формы и закреплен на трубке в месте ее изгиба выпуклой частью к верхнему концу, на котором размещен магнит .An apparatus for closing an external intestinal fistula containing a magnet and an elastic obturator with a ferromagnetic fluid, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of sealing the fistula, it is equipped with an L-shaped hollow tube, the obturator being flat-ellipsoid in shape and fixed on the tube bending convex part to the upper end, on which the magnet is placed.
