Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и используетс при контроле оптических деталей. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение точности определени погрешности, а также повышение точности установки нулевого отсчета. При определении нулевого отсчета устройство устанавливаютс в два положени . Углы, измеренные в первом и втором положени х, в сумме составл ют 180°, поэтому нулевым отсчетом будет среднее значение. Параллельный пучок лучей от осветител 1 проходит светоделитель 3, отражаетс от грани призмы 6 и светоделителем 3 направл етс через оптический клин 2 на светоделитель 4. Отраженные лучи частично проход т светоделитель 4 и попадают в наблюдательную систему 5. Отразившиес от грани лучи светоделител ми 3 и 4 вновь отражаютс от грани призмы 6. Процесс повтор етс . Угловое рассто ние между соседними изображени ми составл ет 2δ, где δ - отступление угла между гран ми контролируемой призмы от 90°. 1 ил. 2 с.п.The invention relates to a measurement technique and is used in the inspection of optical components.
