Abstract
The invention can be used in transport. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability when operating in variable modes. For this, there are sequentially installed compressor 1, condenser-evaporator 2, two receivers 3 and 4, capillary tubes 5 and 6, condenser-evaporator 7, as well as fans 8 and 9, heat exchanger 10, valves 11 and 12. Such a thermal design the pump allows, with a change in compressor capacity 1, the number of capillary tubes 5 and 6 involved in throttling. The capillary tube 6 is switched on or off depending on the level of the refrigerant in receiver 3 or receiver 4. 1 sludge.
Description
The invention relates to heat pumps and can be used, for example, in transportation.
The aim of the invention is to improve reliability when operating in variable modes.
The drawing shows a diagram of the heat pump.
12.A reversible heat pump includes a compressor 1, a condenser-evaporator 2, two receivers 3 and 4, capillary tubes 5 and 6, a condenser-evaporator 7, fans 8 and 9, heat exchanger 10, valves 11 and 12.
The heat pump works as follows.
7,In the cooling mode of the condenser-evaporator 7, the valves 11 and 12 are set to the cooling position. The refrigerant compressed in compressor 1 enters the condenser-evaporator 2, where it condenses and accumulates in the receiver 3. Through the capillary tubes 5 and 6, the liquid refrigerant enters the expansion in the condenser-evaporator 7. The condensers-evaporators 2 and 7 are blown by fans 8 and 9. The presence of two capillary tubes 5 and 6, installed at different heights between receivers 3 and 4, leads to the fact that, with a low compressor capacity, the level of condensed refrigerant will be below the level of the capillary tube 6, and selirovanie be carried out by a capillary tube 5, comprised within the bottom portion 3 and the two receivers 4.Soedinenie capillary tube 6 receivers 3 and 4 to the vapor-phase refrigerant does not reduce the efficiency of the system. As the compressor 1 capacity increases, the refrigerant level in receiver 3 rises and reaches the capillary tube 6, in which throttling occurs, as in tube 5. Similarly, capillary tubes 5 and 6, receiver 3 and A are connected when the evaporator 7 is heated ,
