The aim of the invention is to increase the damping capacity of the spring element by dissipating vibrational energy from friction. Under load, the resulting friction between the side surfaces of the coils of the springs 1 - 6, as well as between the curvilinear side surfaces of the coils of the springs 1 - 6 and the inner surface of the spring 10, mounted on them with a tension, dissipates the oscillation energy. The elastic damping spring element can be used not only as a compression spring, i.e. on axial loads, but also as a device working on bending with simultaneous compression and torsion. 4 il.

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и предназначено дл защиты объектов от воздействи ударных и вибрационных нагрузок .The invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended to protect objects from the effects of shock and vibration loads.
The aim of the invention is to increase the damping capacity of the spring element due to the loss of vibration energy during friction that occurs between the turns of the spring set, as well as between the turns of the set spring and the coil spring.
Figure 1 shows the element with six set springs, general view; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; Fig. 3 is a diagram of the side view of the contact of two adjoining turns, explaining the mechanism of energy dissipation during damping of the spring element; figure 4 is a qualitative view of the gn-pyro-hysteresis loop when the spring element is deformed.
The elastic damping spring element consists of a set of contacting
На эту поверхность устанавливаетс с нат гом сжимающа весь набор цилиндрическа пружина 10, навита с противоположным по отношению к профильоeach other along lateral flat surfaces of turns of the profile springs 1-6. The coils of these springs have the form of round sectors, two flat side surfaces of which form an angle of 360 ° / n between each other, where n is the number of springs in the set. Making the spring element from rectangular wire ensures the contact of the springs of the set both with each other and with the cylindrical spring, which reduces wear and increases the stability of the elastic-hysteresis characteristics. In this case, all n springs are wound from a wire with a section hxb. The last turns of the springs of the set are ground perpendicular to their axes to create supporting planes 7 and 8. In addition, the entire set of n spring assemblies is ground on a common cylindrical surface 9. On this surface a compressing cylindrical spring 10 is mounted with tension, wound with opposite to the profile

The internal diameter of the spring 10 is polished to a size that provides the specified warranty tension. All the profile springs 1-6 are made with the same direction of winding. This embodiment of the springs in the set provides for the damping of the elastic-damping spring element the mutual slip of the turns relative to each other with friction, as a result of which the energy of the action on the element is dissipated. Thus, any two coils of springs in contact with each other, for example, springs 1 and 2, have a contact area, shown by hatching in FIG. 3. When the springs are damped, the coils turn relative to each other, increasing (when loading) or decreasing (when unloading) the contact area. At the same time, friction forces on the contact surfaces of the coils perform friction work, which is converted into heat. In addition to the work of the friction forces on the lateral flat edges of the springs 1-6 of the set, similar energy dissipation occurs on
е. на осевые нагрузки, но и как устройство, работающее на изгиб с одновременным сжатием и кручением.surface 9 of spring 10 contact with curved side surfaces of coils of springs 1-6. The amount of energy dissipated by the element and its rigidity can be adjusted by the geometrical parameters of the springs 1-6, 10, as well as the tension generated by the spring 10. The elastic-damping element can be used not only as a compression spring, i.e. on axial loads, but also as a device working on bending with simultaneous compression and torsion.
