Abstract

This invention relates to the beneficiation of minerals. The goal is to improve the quality of training by reducing viscosity and shear stress. For this, the suspension is physically affected, using monochromatic coherent irradiation. This allows the energy to be supplied more concentrated in a narrower frequency range and thereby improve its rheological properties.

Description

ЁYo

The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular the enrichment of minerals in heavy environments.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the preparation by reducing viscosity and shear stress.

Способ заключаетс  в физическом воздействии на суспензию, причем в качестве физического воздействи  используют когерентные монохроматические облучени  суспензии .The method consists in physically influencing the suspension, and coherent monochromatic irradiation of the suspension is used as the physical effect.

The use of coherent monochromatic radiation allows the energy to be supplied more concentrated in a narrower frequency range, for example, at a narrow wave of 0.628 microns. This makes it possible to intensify the effect on the suspension in comparison with the effect on it by ultrasound and to achieve a large decrease in viscosity and shear stress.

Example. The suspension is irradiated with coherent monochromatic irradiation and under optimal conditions: a wavelength of 0.628 µm, for 10 s, the initial shear stress is reduced from 7.6 Pa (for unirradiated suspension) to 6.3 Pa or by 19.3% (by 7.4 % compared with the treated ultrasound suspension).
