Изобретение относитс к оболочкам, работающим под внешним избыточным давлением , примен емым в подводной технике .The invention relates to shells operating under external overpressure used in underwater technology.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the shell due to the presence of the working fluid in its interlayer gaps.
The drawing shows the proposed multilayer shell, the overall appearance.
The shell consists of separate layers 1-3, installed with gaps, which form separate working volumes filled with the corresponding working fluid. Each working volume is equipped with a receiver chamber 4 and 5, respectively, with separators of 6 and 7 media. Each receiver chamber is associated with a corresponding displacement valve direct
11.bypass 8 and 9 and reverse bypass 10 and 11.
The shell works as follows.
Under the action of external hydrostatic pressure RVm, the separator 7 freely moves the medium by transferring external hydrostatic pressure to the receiver chamber 5. When the pressure in the receiver chamber 5 is increased, valve 11 is pressed and valve 9 triggers. must be maintained in the volume enclosed between shells 3 and 2, relative to RVN. After actuation of valve 9 with an increase in external hydrostatic pressure, a partial flow of liquid oxygen is partial.

Когда разность давлений в этом пространстве и ресиверной камере становитс равной заданной величине, перепуск прекращаетс .filler through the valve 9 from the receiver chamber 5 into the space between the shells 2 and 3, having the same working medium. When the pressure difference in this space and the receiver chamber becomes equal to a predetermined value, the bypass is stopped.
With a further increase in external hydrostatic pressure, the pressure rises between shells 3 and 2. This causes the same process of pressure change by the second stage, which is organized by separator 6 media, valves 8 and 10, and the receiver chamber 4. With a large number of shells, similar processes occur in all stages. x multilayer system.
During the decrease in external hydrostatic pressure, the separator 7 is moved by the media, which causes a decrease in pressure in the receiver chamber 5. The decrease in pressure in the receiver chamber 5 is lower than the pressure in the volume between shells 2 and 3, causing the valve to open

11 c, the bypass of the liquid filling volume enclosed between shells 2 and 3, into the receiver chamber 5. The subsequent decrease in pressure causes similar processes in all stages of the shell.
The separation of each working volume by the receiver chamber ensures the constancy of the composition of the working liquid media, determined by given dielectric and anticorrosive properties.
