Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике и может быть использовано в травматологии и ортопедии. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение травмировани  м гких тканей, повышение надежности фиксации стержн  и уменьшение времени на установку стержн  в костном отломке. Стержень содержит самонарезающую часть 1, котора  выполнена укороченной и снабжена гладкой концевой частью 5 с притупленным торцом. Нарезка самонарезающей части 1 выполнена с конусной проточкой 6 и на ней выполнены продольные наружные пазы 7, образующие при перечислении выступов нарезки режущие грани 8, которые формируют в кости спиральную канавку. Это позвол ет уменьшить врем  на установку стержн  в костном отломке. 3 ил.The invention relates to medical technology and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics.
